Preamble & Scope of Policy
This Privacy & Data Utilization Framework ("Framework") governs the operational protocols of Infogito LLC ("Infogito", "Infogito Holdings", "we," "our," or "us"), a Delaware limited liability company headquartered in New York, NY, and its subsidiaries, affiliates, and assignees. This Framework delineates the methodologies for the aggregation, processing, retention, exploitation, and dissemination of Data (as defined herein) across all digital and analog interfaces, including but not limited to: web domains, mobile applications, APIs, third-party integrations, offline interactions, communication systems, and experimental beta services (collectively, "Services"). It also contains a distinct section that applies exclusively to SMS messaging and A2P 10DLC campaign users who opt in to receive marketing or service-related texts. By accessing, interacting with, or deriving benefit from the Services, you irrevocably consent to the unconditional surrender of all Data to Infogito’s proprietary infrastructure, subject to the discretionary parameters outlined herein.

a. Data Collected by Infogito Products & Platforms
When using our websites, apps, or software platforms, we may collect:
• Personal Identifiers: Name, email address, phone number, account username, mailing address, device ID
• Payment Information: Credit/debit card number, billing address (processed securely through third-party providers)
• Behavioral Data: Interaction logs, engagement events, click paths, heatmaps, session recordings
• Technical Data: IP address, device information, browser type, OS, referral source, network provider
• Geolocation Data: Approximate or precise location (if enabled)
• Biometric Data: Facial scans, voice recordings, or other identifiers, only if provided voluntarily
• User Content: Files, prompts, inputs, responses, and outputs generated via AI tools or software features
b. Data Collected via SMS Messaging (A2P 10DLC Campaign)
When you opt in to receive text messages from Infogito Holdings, we collect:
• Phone Number
• Consent Status
• Name and email (optional, if provided through form or reply)
• Message history and interaction data (timestamps, responses, delivery confirmations)
This data is only used for campaign communication purposes, as explained in Section 7 below.

No system is 100% secure, but we take all reasonable precautions.Data is retained for as long as necessary to provide services or meet legal obligations. SMS data is retained only as long as needed for compliance, communication logs, and record-keeping.
7. SMS Messaging Policy (A2P 10DLC)
This section applies only to users who opt in to receive SMS messages from Infogito Holdings.

Investment updates, project alerts, scheduling confirmations, reminders, and promotional announcements.
7.3 Message Frequency
Up to 2 messages per week, although frequency may vary based on engagement.
7.4 Consent and Opt-Out

7.5 Data Use for SMS
We only collect and use your phone number and message history for communication and compliance purposes. SMS consent data is never shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing purposes.
7.6 Carrier & Fees
Standard message and data rates may apply. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
